Namsan Orumi is a slanted elevator connecting Namsan Tunnel 3 to the Namsan cable car
Boarding placeIn front of the commemorative monument at the entrance of Namsan Tunnel 3. It takes 2 minutes to the cable car
Operating hours09:00~23:00 (Fore inspections, every Monday stops operations from 09:00 to 14:00). It is also closed during strong winds and heavy rain
